We are reviewing the Value Engineering Report prepared by others to verify that it was done according to the Value Engineering Principles and Procedures. The implemented savings to our clients 1:65 average more than 65 USD for each dollar spent. VE is not something that every designer would ordinarily perform on projects. Rather, it is a specialized analysis of cost and functions that help save money and improve the performance and penetrability of a project. Our recommendations do not cheapen the project, but instead enhance its value.
